With nearly a decade of experience as Head of Product, Boris Petrovitch Njegosh (linkedin) has a strong background in design and expertise in facilitation and design thinking.

Boris began his career at Renault Group in 2010 as the Digital Creative Director, where he focused on improving mobile design and enhancing user experiences.

In 2015, Boris cofounded INTERSTELLAR, where he led digital transformations for major blue-chip companies. Multiple time awards and nominated for his remarkable contributions and achievements within the facilitation community is adept facilitation and design thinking skills guarantee a lifespan experience on his templates collection.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE ?

A retrospective (from Latin retrospectare, "look back"), is a look back at events that took place, or works that were produced, in the past. In the agile mindset culture, it is one of the keystone part of the continuous improvement process.

🤨 WHY ARE WE IN ?

Retrospectives are an excellent tool for risk mitigation. They allow you to discover and remedy issues as early in the process as possible. By enabling your team to share openly in a transparent environment, they will be more likely to identify and point out issues in your project management or production processes.

🤓 HOW DO WE RUN IT ?

This workshop is designed to be driven in 60 to 90 minutes following the instructions :

A - HOW DID THINGS GO ?

1. Individually, reflect on what has worked and what you should continue to do (LIKED), and what the team lacks (LACKED)
2. Share with the others (max 2 minutes per contributor).

B - LET'S KEEP IT FOREVER

1. Write down your learnings (LEARNED) & think of next steps (LONGED FOR).
2. Present and commit together (max 2 minutes per contributor).

C - ACTIONS !
