With nearly a decade of experience as Head of Product, Boris Petrovitch Njegosh (linkedin) has a strong background in design and expertise in facilitation and design thinking.

Boris began his career at Renault Group in 2010 as the Digital Creative Director, where he focused on improving mobile design and enhancing user experiences.

In 2015, Boris cofounded INTERSTELLAR, where he led digital transformations for major blue-chip companies. How Might We (HMW) is a simple workshop that helps you reframing challenges into actionable statements to generate solutions.

🤨 WHY ARE WE IN ?

A properly framed How Might We will help to find non-obvious solutions to the problem and give the perfect framework for innovative solutions.

🤓 HOW DO WE RUN IT ?

This workshop is designed to be driven in 20 to 30 minutes following the instructions :

A - GENERATE QUESTION

While the challenge will be presented and shared by your project leader / expert :

• Use the 'HMW' note which stands for 'How Might We' in the left bottom corner,
• When you hear a negative challenge, rephrase it into a How Might We statement.

For example, if our expert mentions that : "We're not getting sufficient evaluation on our app." you can write down, "HMW get better ratings on our app ?"

B - STICK AND SHARE

Each participant should present his 'How Might We' statements moving each note on the negative challenge related.
